You know who we love? Jim Boeheim. Not because we think he'd be fun to have a beer with or anything, but because he's so consistent. Here's a timeline of the Orange season up to today, in pictures.
November 2, 2009: Syracuse loses to the DII Le Moyne Dolphins in an exhibition game.
November 9, 2009: Boeheim wins his 800th game as a head coach, beating nearby mid-major Albany.
November 20, 2009: The Orange defeat defending national champions North Carolina in the Dean Dome.
December 25, 2009: Christmas!
January 2, 2010: Pitt ends Syracuse's 13-game winning streak.
February 18, 2010: The Orange complete a season sweep of hated Georgetown.
March 1, 2010: Boeheim learns that his team is ranked #1 in the nation for the first time since 1990.
March 11, 2010: Hated Georgetown knocks Syracuse out of the Big East tourney. Center Arinze Onuaku goes down with a severe knee injury.
March 14, 2010: NCAA selection committee gives Orange last #1 seed, sending them to West regional, thousands of miles away.
March 16, 2010 (2:37 A.M.): After mistaking a hit of acid for his mature multi-vitamin, Boeheim realizes that all matter is merely energy condensed to a slow vibration - that we are all one consciousness experiencing itself subjectively. There's no such thing as death, life is only a dream, and we're the imagination of ourselves.
See what we mean?

Boeheim is amazing. The team could have folded after the LeMoyne loss. You have to give the coach credit for turning the season around before it totally went down the tubes.
