ESPN's SportsNation Lauds Storming the Floor

SN logo.JPGI usually have my TweetDeck on while I'm writing (if you know what I mean), and little notfication boxes pop up to tell me what's going on. That's how I found out that StF had been chosen as today's Site of the Day by ESPN's SportsNation. I opened the old email account and found it was not a hoax:

Guys - everyday on SportsNation we name a site we like as our site of the day, and today you're our big winner.  Feel free to tell your readers.  We're on at 4pm on ESPNU today, re-airing at 12:30 AM tonight on ESPN2.  Congrats, and great job with the site.

Associate Producer, SportsNation

Am I falling prey to their diabolical plan to turn StF readers into SportsNation viewers? Yes, yes, I am. Now shut up, eat your peas, and go set your DVR timers.

This post is impressive I'm gonna put this in my bookmarks before I misplace the address, I don't believe I'll ever make it back here otherwise!

Chris - yes, congratulations to you! It was your John Wall post that was featured for the eyeblink that we were on. Still, a pretty lady said "The best college basketball site out there! Storming... the Floor", so I'm happy. She might have even meant it, but it's going in the scrapbook either way.

Congrats guys. I will be watching

Should be easier for you to get me that Jemele Hill Bobblehead now, right?

Woo, woo!!!!! Congrats, guys (I guess I'm congratulating myself too).

Anthony Ivory would be proud.

What They're Saying About STF

"What's better than storming the floor after a game winning shot? Storming it twice. Big props to Storming The Floor for this story's graphic, which pays tribute to one of my favorite scenes in a movie."
