I'm using the term In-Game Chat because I don't really like live-blogging. Describing the action that you are also seeing on your television at the same time strikes me as being pretty redundant and boring. It distracts me (selfish talk here) from watching and enjoying the game as I try to keep up with descriptions of the action on the court. I'd apply to be one of those closed-captioners if I wanted to do that.
Really, what we like around here is a place to talk about what we're seeing, swap stories, and create on-the-spot internet memes that can be immortalized at STFU.
So, if you want to hang out, here's the place to be:
Kentucky-based Murray State is something of a consensus favorite to win the Ohio Valley this year, so they're more than just cannon fodder for one of the Pac-10's strongest teams. Even if you don't give a fiddler's fart about either team, it's real, live college basketball, and you can watch it with your virtual friends. YEAH!
