Syracuse 87 - North Carolina 71 (Coaches vs. Cancer)

It's been a long time since we've felt this good about someone named Wesley. Not only did Wesley Johnson score 25 points against the Tar Heels, but he's been a defensive rebounding machine. Of his 30 boards this season, 26 have been opponent misses. The first half of this game went as expected, with UNC holding a slim 39-37 lead, but then the Orange simply asserted their will and ran away with it in round two. Andy Rautins had an impressive 7 assists, 7 rebounds, and 7 steals to go with his 11 points.

Villanova 71 - Dayton 65 (Puerto Rico Tip Off)

It may be as simple as the fact that nobody fouled out for the Wildcats this time out, as they rebounded from a razor-thin margin of victory over George Mason from the day prior. Dayton busted ass while cutting into an 18-point second half deficit, but couldn't quite get over the hump.

Michigan State 75 - Toledo 62

Purdue 74 - South Dakota State 63

Tennessee 105 - East Carolina 66

Ohio State 76 - California 70

Washington 80 - San Jose State 70

Michigan 77 - Houston Baptist 55

Georgia Tech 70 - George Mason 62

Clemson 89 - Greensboro 67

Mississippi 86 - Kansas State 74
